The trail starts in Regetów Wyżni, at the place where the road reaches the red trail – the Main Beskids Trail. There is a small parking there, letting you leave the car. The trail leads along the Regietówka stream. Just after the start of the hike, on the right, there is a descent to a summer tent base, run by Student's Circle of Beskid's Guides. Passing the base and following the red trail, it is worth going up to the Rotunda, where a cemetery from World War I No. 51 is located. Beautiful, wooden masts over the crosses at soldiers' graves look impressive.

The yellow trail follows a road, which had households at it, and currently all is left is stone crosses. After about 2000 m, you will see a cemetery and a chapel; the asphalt road ends here as well. The signs lead on along a dirt road. A fantastic viewing spot is located next to a detached bell tower. After another 1700 m, the forest leads to the forest, and then after another 500 m – to the state border. You can rest a while at the pass, using the shed; the area is covered by forest.

The trail leads from the non-existent village Regietów Wyżni to the Regietowska pass and to the Slovak-Polish border.
